The agreement flow monitor was developed by the sector organisations and DUO. The agreement concerns the exchange of flow data to further education for sector organisations and institutions in all education sectors. The education sector needs objective flow information, which among other things makes the yield of courses and programmes clear in order to be able to start improvement processes.
