For the transport of participant data between LAS and test systems, a “Narrow set” profile and a “LVS set” profile with attributes based on the EDEXML standard have been defined for the ECK-iD. The data within these profiles concern students and teachers (lecturers). However, within the ECK-D&T domain it has been determined that this student data is also required within the distribution/delivery process for the purpose of fine distribution (FDE). Suppliers have a strong need to create a profile on EDEXML for this as well, because it fits in well with their current setup.
